## Summary

The masked trogon (Trogon personatus) is a species of bird in the family Trogonidae. It is fairly common in humid highland forests in South America, mainly the Andes and tepuis, and is resident in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru and Venezuela.
