Photo recognition is a paid service. The checklist, catalog and local sightings remain free.
The monthly plan costs EUR 5.99 including applicable taxes, billed monthly, with 50 attempts per billing month.
The yearly plan costs EUR 59.99 including applicable taxes, billed yearly, with 600 attempts per billing year.
The yearly plan's monthly equivalent is EUR 5.00, rounded.
Each attempt, including a retry, uses one attempt. Unused attempts do not carry over.
Recognition can be wrong or unavailable. Check each result before confirming a species.
You need a verified email account, an internet connection and a browser that supports file uploads.
The initial term is one month for the monthly plan and one year for the yearly plan.
After the initial term, the contract continues for an indefinite period. Payments keep the selected billing interval.
You can cancel for the end of the initial term. After that, the cancellation notice period is one month at most.
We reimburse advance payments for the time after the effective end date on a proportional basis.
You can submit an ordinary or extraordinary cancellation through /cancel, by email, or by post.
Statutory cancellation rights, including rights under section 312k(6) BGB, remain unaffected.
The paid contract starts when Stripe confirms payment. We email the contract information and the withdrawal notice.
The Stripe payment button places a paid order. You can check and correct billing details before submitting payment.
The contract language is English. We keep billing records and the contract confirmation. You can save your email copy.
Your statutory rights for defective services and digital products remain unaffected. Contact us for faults or complaints.
We provide updates needed to keep the service secure and in conformity throughout the contract.

Withdrawal instructions
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the contract is concluded.
Tell Arne Kellmann of your decision through /withdraw, by email, or by post using a clear statement.
You may use the model form below. You do not have to use it.
To meet the deadline, send your withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
We confirm receipt of an online withdrawal by email without delay.
We reimburse all payments for a valid withdrawal without undue delay, within 14 days of receiving it.
We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We charge no reimbursement fee.
Access starts after payment. Using the service does not waive your withdrawal right.
We charge no compensation for service provided before a valid withdrawal within the withdrawal period.
